2007 marks the 100th anniversary of Seattle's Pike Place Market. As part of the celebration, the Market Foundation is reviving their Pigs on Parade exhibition, originally held in 2001. This year's version of Pigs on Parade will feature 100 artist decorated pigs that will be on display throughout the city from June to September. At the end of the event, the pigs will be auctioned off to raise money to fund the Market Foundation's charitable work. Peter was one of the artists chosen to decorate a replica of Rachel, the Market piggy bank for this celebration.

On June 2nd, there will be a parade at the Market to unveil the pigs to the public. Afterwards, they will be placed in various locations around the city. Currently, the location of Peter's pig is unknown, but once it is revealed, we will post the information here. If you happen to live or will be visiting the Seattle area this summer, please come by and see Peter's pig along with the ninety-nine others!

As the date gets closer, maps will be available for download as well as a downloadable audio tour with information on each pig and the artists who created them!
